that as I was getting toward the end of the top ten, I was really struggling with the choices. Not because I couldn't put one over the other, but because they're albums I like, sometimes like quite a bit, but I don't 'love' all of them.
This happens every year for me. I am very lucky if I love a few albums. I like a ton, love hardly any.

Through almost ten months this year, I have no idea what my top ten would look like. I do not even have a top few titles. If I had to guess, maybe Protest the Hero - Palimpsest would rank that highly. No real clue though.
So the question for today is, given the oddness of this year, and the number of albums that got delayed, are you finding as many albums as usual?
So far, I have found 506 worthwhile albums that were released in 2019, my new record. Still have many to check out, so that number will likely grow a little. For 2020, I have 268 albums so far, and I know of at least 50 more potentially promising titles that are coming out before the end of the year. Of course, I will check out many more than that. I do not know how many albums I will end up with, but it looks like it will be fewer than in 2019 or 2018 (463 releases).
