(In alphabetical order)

The Best Stuff:

Allen/Olzon - Worlds Apart (Great melodic metal. Russell and Anette both sound great, and the songs are Magnus' best in a while)

Harem Scarem - Change The World (A great follow up to a great album. Nearly perfect melodic rock)

Serenity - The Last Knight (Their best album yet. Great hooks abound)

Stitched Up Heart - Darkness (Cool modern rock with great vocals. Fantastic for being so mainstream)

We Sell The Dead - Black Sleep (Way better than the first record, and Apollo's best work in a long time. Very classic rock this time)

With good albums also from Temperance, Xtasy, and The Bombpops

The Worst Stuff:

Delain - Apocalypse & Chill (Very modern like the last Within Temptation, but I didn't hear the hooks. Boring, with a stupid title)

Green Day - Father Of All... (A lazy contract fulfillment that never should have been released. Pathetic how little effort went into this)

Lordi - Killection (Lordi isn't good at being themselves for an entire album, so trying to be a dozen different bands was destined to suck. And it does)

Ozzy Osbourne - Ordinary Man (I hate Ozzy, but even for him this is lousy stuff. Except the duet with Elton. That one's good)

Poppy - I Disagree (A garbled mess that thinks it's artistic, but really is a lack of talent. Kitchen sink pop/metal that sounds like the remnants of a garbage disposal must taste)

With serious disappointments from Demons & Wizards and Sons Of Apollo
