Black Sabbath - Born Again
Celtic Frost - To Mega Therion
Collective Soul - Dosage
I really like this album. Maybe their last consistently good one. Blender was pretty spotty although it has some good tracks.
Converge - Caring and Killing
Old or new?
Crowbar - Odd Fellows Rest
Their show here sold out before I got a ticket.
Harvey Danger - Where Have All the Merrymakers Gone?
Prompted by that youtube video going around about them?
Paradise Lost - The Plague Within
Good stuff but they're getting a little samey lately, which makes their albums 2009-present difficult to tell apart.
Saint Vitus - C.O.D.
Symphony X - Iconoclast
I think this is a good album...

Voivod - Build Your Weapons comp

Professor Elemental - Rebel Without Applause

Swallow the Sun - When a Shadow is Forced Into the Light. Clunky title, but a great album! They are mastering their art of "extreme"-but-catchy melodeath/doom, and this is a compact showcase of songs packed with hooks and a good sense of when to wrap things up.

Evergrey - The Atlantic. The memory of these guys having riffs has long faded, but Tom is good at emoting (at least on the angst meter) and the melodies are usually adequate.

Neal Morse - The Great Adventure. Portnoy has now recorded as many albums with Neal as he did with DT, and Neal's material is a better showcase for Portnoy's drumming talents.

Evoken - Hypnagogia

Tusmorke - Vard√łger og Utburder vol 1. A collection of songs from earlier album sessions newly recorded for this release. Very textured (by which I mean, congas flutes & mellotrons) folk-prog with medieval touches.

Be More Chill - Original Cast Recording
