Toxik - III Works. Three EPs of demo-quality recordings. One with the first singer (who was then fired), then one with the second singer (who was then fired), then one with a new singer (who hasn't been fired... yet.) The newest EP is not bad and the singer is strong, but most of the tunes are just re-recorded oldies, and the new song isn't the greatest. But, at least it sounds like Toxik is sort of maybe on the right track?

Deathwish - At the Edge of Damnation. I've had Demon Preacher since high school, but I had only ever listened to this once or twice on YouTube. I guess the original tapes are gone - this official reissue is clearly sourced from vinyl. It's okay. Not as good as the second album, but not terrible.

Hawaii - Loud, Wild and Heavy. I'm... not sure I needed to buy this, but buy it I did.

Heretic - A Game You Cannot Win. This is terrible. Bring back Howe!!!

Janelle MonĂ¡e - Dirty Computer. It's better than The Audition, although the two albums are bad in their own ways. The singles are not my cuppa, but most of the other tunes are good. Way too much autotuning, especially on Brian Wilson, who oohs and ahs in the first song.

Pharao - Bad Boys from East. The one true Pharao!

Mew - Live from the Hollywood Paladium. A promo-only live album from 2006. Finally landed a copy!

Siren - Financial Suicide. I saw Siren a couple weeks ago in Germany. They sounded pretty good, but inexplicably didn't play even a single song from this, their better album.

Rosicrucian - No Cause for Celebration. I love this album to death.

The Police - Ghost in the Machine. There's never a bad time for this one.
