Alanis Morissette
It's weird, but as big as "Jagged Little Pill" was around the time I was becoming aware of music, I didn't actually listen to the whole thing in full until recently. It holds up better than stuff like The Smashing Pumpkins. It's no wonder their reunion tour isn't selling.
Blues Traveler
When I was younger, I loved Blues Traveler. They had a stretch from "Save His Soul" through roughly "Truth Be Told" where they were great. Since then, they've made some questionable decisions that have really soured how I look at them. "Four" still rocks, though.

Dave Matthews Band
They get a lot of shit, but I like a fair bit of their stuff. "Beyond These Crowded Streets" is easily their best, "The Lillywhite Sessions" (the unreleased version) is great too, and I even like the pop album they made. They do go too far often, but they're better than they get credit for.
I think I've written enough words about them over the years, since they're my favorite band. You can't go wrong with any of their four records.
