I'm on the fence for this one. I'm not at all into C&C, but The Dear Hunter are great and I've seen them 4 or 5 times. Unfortunately, this gig is at Jannus Landing, and if this is a really packed gig, forget it. That place is a death trap at capacity.
Interesting. I imagine it will be fairly packed. I've only been there 3 times... twice for lightly-attended cover bands. The only time I've seen it crowded was during a Halloween party. Still, I assume the crowd for this show will be a lot more tame than a death or thrash metal concert.

If you mean death trap in terms of a fire or other emergency, I don't see how it's any worse than any other venue that size. They normally only let people in and out through the one entrance in the front corner, but in an emergency. I'm pretty sure people can also exit out the back and side.
