I never use anything below 88.2Khz, and occasionally I use 96k.

Not sure what you mean by resampling. I keep the session at native resolution the entire time, so it's never resampled.

If you mean dithering down for CD, I don't do that. I send full Hi-Res native files to be mastered, and the mastering path is 100% analogue until the final dither down to CD Red Book.
