Night of the Vinyl Dead is run by a small group of evidently wealthy collectors in Europe. All of the records I've seen from them (which is admittedly not many, as they are always VERY limited) have been very high quality releases. I wouldn't be surprised if they produced a new master for the release. Then again, I wouldn't be much surprised if they didn't. Most of the stuff they release wouldn't benefit much from the treatment in any event.
