TOP tier:
Obsolete - Animate//Isolate
Paranorm - Empyrean
Terminalist - The Crisis as Condition
Terminalist - The Great Acceleration
Cryptosis - Bionic Swarm

Other good ones and albums that are not true thrash:
Exhorder - Defectum Omnium (their weakest by far, but still good)
Cruel Force - Dawn of the Axe
Xoth - Exogalactic (death/thrash. May fall out of what you're looking for)
Miscreance - Convergence (also might fall out of what you're looking for, but they're thrashy enough to count in my book.
Toxik - Dis Morta (their weakest, but still solid)
Mekong Delta - Tales of a Future Past
Testament - Titans of Creation
