I think Misfit really wants the gub'mint to mandate that hard drive makers have an off-only switch in their hard drives that can be triggered on-demand by goons from the recording industry because the recording industry is full of angels that would never abuse their government-granted power and, as we all know, you have nothing to fear if you're not breaking the law, right?

Kyle, at this point I'd take my chances with whoever to stop the rampant thieving the artistic community is currently subjected to. The biggest threat to the arts are not RIAA goons but the hordes of so-called fans that are jeopardizing and destroying the livelihoods of the very people they claim to love for their creatively.
