Have you considered the song is not told from JONAS's perspective, but a fictional narrator?

To think otherwise seems somewhat off the mark. I think it's a great song.

That's how I've always seen it too. Which is why I've never understood Rob's vitriol towards the lyrics.

I personally think the album's only real flaw is its not being quite as ridiculously awesome as Last Fair Deal Gone Down.
